CPA is an abbreviation from Content Provider Access and also name of the service delivery platform implemented in Kyivstar GSM mobile operator to allow interconnection with VAS providers implementing SMS services.
This tutorial intended to explain basics of the CPA's HTTP/XML protocol. Anyway it's recommended to read detailed specification before implement any production services.
